The Psychology of Flourishing

The psychology of flourishing workshop is an intentional transformation process that will raise participants’ consciousness about their current state of life, uncover their deepest motivational energies, as well as to develop the ability to imagine a more expansive vision of their future-self.

Learning Outcomes

Participants will acquire the knowledge, mindset and/or skillsets to:

  • Use the Wheel of Life exercise to explore and rate their current sense of well-being across the 12 categories of life
  • Cultivate Intentional Motivations to be in control of the goals and to find deeper meaning in any particular life-stage(s)
  • Develop a strong Future-Self image and allow the image to direct behaviours and attitudes to win and succeed in life

Rejuvenate: Work, Rest and Play

The Disruptive Economy has given rise to increased incidents of burnout and contributing to a general sense of stagnation in the society. To restore the state of equilibrium, this programme teaches participants to tap into the power of play and joy, equip them with therapeutic techniques and weave in participants’ rest and play-style into their work-style(s). This “restoration” course is particularly crucial to re-energise the human capital for the work ahead.

Learning Outcomes

Participants will acquire the knowledge, mindset and/or skillsets to:

  • Understand one’s play personality and develop a Fun-Plan into one’s Work-Plan
  • Assess current rest-risk with a Personal Rest Deficit Assessment tool and to develop a Rest-Plan for their personal recovery
  • Weave rest and play-style into work-style
